Important Information for First Years – Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF)

Dear First-Year Student,

As part of the Government of Ghana’s No-Academic-Fee policy for the 2024/2025 academic year, the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) is collecting data from all newly admitted students at public universities across Ghana.

SLTF has officially requested this information from all institutions, including Sunyani Technical University (STU), to support the validation and disbursement of financing under the policy.

Note: During the standard admission process, STU did not collect Ghana Card details. To meet SLTF’s requirements, you are now required to provide your Ghana Card number as part of this data submission.
Name Format Required: Please ensure your name is correctly arranged in the format: Surname – First Name – Other Names to match your official ID and SLTF records.

We advise you to verify all personal details before submitting, as accuracy is essential for timely validation and support processing.

Before you can access the data submission form, you will be required to provide either your STU Student Number or Admission Number, along with your Date of Birth. This is to verify that you are a registered student of Sunyani Technical University.

If you're unsure about your Date of Birth, you can confirm it by logging into the STU Student Portal.
